About the event

If you were creating a ‘Maslow’s Hierarchy of Workplace Needs’ then having a culture of healthy conflict would be the foundation. It would allow us to debate well, disagree with respect, stretch thinking and ideas and have healthy relationships.

When we don’t have healthy conflict the symptoms can be people or teams working in silos, people not speaking up, the loudest voices always winning, meetings after meetings, talking about people – gossip and a lack of accountability because people play the blame game. Just to name a few. These affect our workplace culture deeply. They cost us time, money and energy.

In our experience conflict is not the problem. It’s our relationship to it. When we rewire this, it’s a game changer. At the end of this program you will find that:

 Conflict is good

Combat is not, and

Nice goes nowhere

If you want to resolve current workplace conflict and/or build a healthy conflict culture then this event is for you. At this event you will:

  • Be able to diagnose the impact of unhealthy conflict in your current team/workplace
  • Explore one concept from the program to learn about your relationship to conflict
  • Understand what it takes to create a healthy culture of conflict

If this sounds like something you would like to explore then come and hear from Georgia Murch, Founder of Can We Talk, to discuss and explore the program.

Note – these are live events and are not recorded.

If that sounds like something you want to know more about then register here.
