This new role, which you get to create with us, is about increasing our brand and marketing footprint. The focus is on canwetalk.co where we run our large-scale culture programs and training programs. And georgiamurch.com our Founder who speaks, authors and runs super cool offsites with leadership groups. We want to create a brand strategy to integrate these two brands better too.

The high level components of the gig

  • Designing and implementing a B2B digital marketing strategy with integration across all channels. Track, report and optimise.
  • Build brand recognition for Can We Talk – We’ve got an awesome client list working with many of the ‘great places to work’ or those aspiring to be. Georgia’s reputation is strong but we need to build recognition in the market about Can We Talk as well.
  • Making the most from our CRM – We are connected to 10,000+ contacts – We want to build in automations and customer experience mapping to create targeted campaigns that will generate new business.
  • Getting people to our events – We run events each month on our flagship programs for prospects and clients and to generate new leads.
  • Creating campaigns for new programs – Our latest program is about ‘Creating Healthy Conflict’. We know this will fly so can’t wait for you to help us to get this out there in the market.Manage all of social media strategy and implementation. We know it needs work and we are excited for your fresh eyes.
  • Have the design skills to work on making what we have look better. We have brand guidelines but they could be updated and then implemented across all mediums. You will have an eye for this.
  • Our Founder, Georgia Murch, is a content making machine. You will have great content to populate across all mediums and continue the thought leadership messaging.
  • Drive PR strategies – You will work with our PR agent as well as develop some PR campaigns in isolation. This will be done in conjunction with new book launches. Georgia has a new book landing in the US in September, and we have new program content often.
  • Manage the marketing tech – We use many platforms to get our messaging out. It will be your gig to manage them, use them and decide on the best ones to meet our business needs.
  • Website management – We’ve got 2 sites so experience in SEO will be highly valued.
  • Manage and be generous with our suppliers – We consider them an arm of our business so we treat them this way.
  • Lead and manage existing VA – We currently have someone part time.
  • Always be prepared to crack gags and be a lil’ left of centre – Just like us.

 This role is new. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with Georgia too. You get to design how to pack a punch with a small team of kickarse humans – the Ops team and the Facilitators (we call them the Fackers).

Salary package

The salary package will range from $80 to $100K (pro-rata) depending on experience and general vibes.  We are Melbourne based and hang out a minimum one day together per week. The rest is up to you – 3 days of work ideally over 5 days but prepared to work that through together.

We are a small team but pack a large punch and it’s time to consider growing again. We have a team of awesome facilitators who are delivering training in the feedback space. We are looking for someone who loves delivering, especially to the senior leaders PLUS be a significant guide and mentor to the trainers we have already. And the ones we will hire in the future.

You will not only be experienced in the craft of facilitation, but love co-designing new and inspiring content because you are always reading, consuming and learning stuff. Your appetite for learning will be like ours – there’s always more to know and grow from.
